We ship to the US and Canada. Domestic shipping is via UPS Ground. Overnight shipping is available upon request for additional charge. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours. Special order or items shipped directly from the manufacturer may be shipped by any common or freight carrier at the discretion of the manufacturer. Freight charges are subject to change without notice. Lost/Damaged shipments, buyer must notify seller of any shortages within 5 days from the date products were delivered to buyer. ICC regulations shall govern the buyer's responsiblity. Failure to inspect the goods within (3) three days after receipt of goods by the buyer constitutes a waiver of the buyer's right to inspect and constitutes buyer's acceptance of the same. Cost of inspection is the buyers responsibility.

Returns, Safety 1st Products Inc. shall accept no returns without a return autorization number provided by same. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be in like newe ( saleable) condition including all packing and accessories. Returns are accepted within 20 days of order date. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 10 days of receipt of authorization number. When returning items it must be shipped prepaid via a reliable common carrier (UPS, FEDEX, DHL) and be tracable and fully insured. Items returned without RMA number or in non-salable condition may not be accepted or may be subject to an additional restocking fee. The buyer will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of any not accepted items within 10 days.
